Greetings Boils and Ghouls!

I started Cellar Dweller FX as a way of diversifying and broadending the range my many artist pursuits. In the past, my work tended to exist within a single medium, something I found creatively limiting. Looking back through my artistic journey, while I tend to get laser focused on one type of art or another, I've always had a very broad range of interests. 

Rather than launching Cellar Dweller as a "(insert highly specified or niche product) Company" I was interested in allowing the vision and focus for this endeavor to manifest and grow, organically, over time. 

As time has gone on, I feel that I've found the through-line that all of the work I've done, from illustration, photography and videography, to character work like masks, eyes, busts, faceplates, etc. That through-line is display. 

While there are other factors at play, I've fundementally realized that the driving passion behind Cellar Dweller, and my work in general, is an intense and abiding curiosity and passion towards hyper-realism that has engendered my artistic pursuit, even through challenging times. It's the reason I can't give up. 

While I certainly love wearable art, having spent well over a decade giving my all within that art form and industry, going forward, I'm looking forward to putting all of my creative energy into hyper-realistic displays and all of the work that supports that endeavor.

I'm currently working on a new web site, which I feel will better align with this manifested vision.
